The first person to tell us how her first month with CGO Ecology has gone is Colette Gibson from Camarthen, who has been working as a seasonal ecologist on GCN projects in Cheshire and Shropshire.

Colette says, "My first month's work with CGO Ecology was superb, with good communication, a high level of professionalism, and encouragement to use my own initiative (a rarity in other job roles).
